MATCH PREVIEW: CHELMSFORD CITY vs EASTBOURNE BOROUGH

Saturated afternoon brings the return of Eastbourne to Melbourne park for the first fixture between the two sides this season.

Chelmsford are currently placed 9th compared to Eastbourne’s 11th placed position. Chelmsford have recently only lost 2 out of their last five league games however Eastbourne have won only once in their last five league fixtures.

Chelmsford’s top goalscorer Michael Cheem will be wanting to score more and improve his current tally of 14 goals this season in all competitions.

Sadly, the Clarets will be without talented centre-back Mark Haines who tweeted earlier this week that he would be out for six weeks after fracturing his eye-socket against Hemel Hempstead.
