The punishment follows Alex Samuel's appearance in Aberystwyth's clash with Llanelli in October despite the youngster not being properly registered at the club.
A statament read, "The fact that the player had not been correctly registered resulted in him being ineligible and the penalty was imposed by a Welsh Premier League commission."
Aberystwyth now sit tenth in the division on seventeen points.
